San Diego, CA, July 28, 1999 Entertainment Group, Angelic
Entertainment announced today that it has met all requirements to be approved by the
California Department Of Corporations task force on internet investment offerings. The
Department of Corporations brought to Angelics attention three words on the finance
page of Angelics website, that needed to be altered to be compliant with SEC
regulations. Angelics Webmaster instantly updated the website, much to the delight
and astonishment of the California Corporations Representative.

leads others astray." states Mark Maine, Angelic President and CEO. "Angelic
holds to a higher standard of production and business ethics. We are pleased to implement
whatever measures are appropriate to support the legal and ethical standards of our
company."
Angelic Entertainments website has been approved by the California Department of
Corporations as accurately representing the legal business practices of motion picture
production on the world wide web. Any questions regarding Angelics status should be
directed to Eric Benink, Corporations Counsel, California Department of Corporations at
